What payment methods do you accept?
The eTicket system accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as international American Express, VISA and Mastercard.
What is the maximum number of tickets a person can purchase?
The maximum per person is 8 tickets.

What time does the festival end?
Approximately at 1:30 am.
Are minors allowed to attend?
Yes, the event is for all ages, from three years old and up, you must pay a ticket; remember that there is no special area for children, so you must be attentive at all times.
Can I leave the festival and come back in?
No, re-entry is not allowed, bring everything you need to your entrance.
Are alcoholic beverages sold and consumed?
Yes, alcoholic beverages will be available. You must be 18 years old and have an official ID (INE or Passport, must include date of birth and photograph) to consume alcohol at the festival (ID required).
It is forbidden to bring food and beverages not related to the event.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking is permitted, as long as the cigarette packs you bring into the building are new and completely sealed. You are not allowed to carry open boxes of cigars, vaporizers or electronic cigarettes. You may bring a small empty bag or container to hold your cigarette butts.
Is food for sale?
Yes, we will have food trucks with food for sale.
It is forbidden to bring food and beverages not related to the event.
Will there be medical care?
Of course, medical assistance will be available in the areas specified on the official festival map.
Will I be able to purchase official merchandise during the event?
Yes, we will have official merchandise carts that will make tours during the event and merch stores where you can make your purchases.
Can I enter at any time?
There is a cut-off time, which is usually three hours before the last show, so arrive early so you can enjoy each show.
What is CITIBANAMEX CASHLESS?
It is the payment system that allows you to make purchases within the festival. You can load funds onto a chip-enabled wristband using cash or bank cards. Your balance is reflected on the wristband, which you can then use to buy food and drinks within the VIP area of the festival.
How can I load balance?
You can load balance during the festival at the Citibanamex Cashless recharge stations located in the VIP areas of the festival.
How does reloading work at the festival?
- Find the Citibanamex Cashless recharge stations on the event map and identify them by their signage.
- At the station, you can get a wristband and load funds using any credit or debit card or cash. Verify that your balance has been correctly added.
- You can reload your wristband balance as many times as you want.
- If you have leftover balance at the end of the event, you can find information about the refund process on the festival's social media channels. Check the dates and policies at the recharge stations or on the festival's social media and website.
Does the wristband have a cost?
No, the wristband is free and can be obtained at any Citibanamex Cashless recharge station located in the VIP areas of the festival.
How can I check my Citibanamex Cashless wristband balance?
Before or after making a purchase, you can ask the operator at the Citibanamex Cashless stations in the VIP areas of the festival to check your balance. Always verify your balance after reloading.
What happens if I lose my Citibanamex Cashless wristband?
If you lose your wristband, the balance on it will also be lost. It cannot be replaced, and the remaining balance cannot be claimed or refunded. However, you can always request a new wristband and reload it with funds.
Can I transfer the balance from one wristband to another?
No, the balance on your Citibanamex Cashless wristband is non-transferable.
What happens if I have leftover balance on my Citibanamex Cashless wristband?
You can request a refund for the remaining balance on your Citibanamex Cashless wristband through an online form. Refunds will not be available at on-site stations.
The refund request period can be found at the Citibanamex Cashless recharge stations in the VIP areas of the festival and will also be posted on the festival's social media after the event.
What is required to request a refund?
To request your refund online, you will need to:
- Keep your Citibanamex Cashless wristband to input the serial number located on the back of the chip.
- Access the online platform available on the festival's website and create an account with your details. *Check refund dates in the event's refund policy.
- Ensure your details are correct, as refunds cannot be processed with incorrect information. Be careful when entering your personal data.
